Dr. John Mishock’s private practice includes 6 physical therapy / chiropractic clinics in the western Philadelphia suburbs. Dr. Mishock has co-authored research articles on orthopaedic physical therapy and rehabilitation. He has been active in providing post graduate teaching seminars to physical therapists on a variety of orthopaedic / sports medicine related topics.

At Train 2 Play Sports, our mission is to offer advanced, scientifically-based exercise programs tailored to the bio-mechanics of the sport. The goal is to improve fitness, enhance performance, and minimize or prevent injury in youth, adolescent and adult athletes.
The primary goal is to arm coaches, parents, fitness professionals, physical educators, and health care providers with knowledge and practical movement based exercises that can be completed at home, on the field, or in a gym. The programs are designed to optimize God given gifts allowing the athlete to reach peak performance in competition and in life.
